What to know before you start
Do I need to install any software?
No. GeoField GIS runs in a modern browser on a computer, tablet or phone. The interface adapts to different screen sizes.
What does the annual subscription include?
For 360 EUR per year, including VAT, you get access to GeoField GIS’s core modules: parcel mapping, agreements, documents, reminders, team collaboration and the audit log. The plan does not limit land portfolio area or employee numbers.
Can I manage several companies in one account?
Yes. Related companies can operate in separate workspaces within one organization.
Can a consulting firm use one subscription for its clients?
The subscription covers one organization or a group of related companies. Managing data for unrelated third parties may require separate terms. Contact us to discuss your use case.
How can I import existing parcels?
You can import KML, TXT or ZIP files, or draw parcel boundaries on the map.
Who can see the financial terms of agreements?
Access is controlled by employee roles and permissions.
How is farm data protected?
The system includes roles and access permissions, an audit log of important changes and automatic backups to support data recovery.
Is there a limit on the number of documents?
